The solid shutter panels come hinged to a frame making them very easy to open and close, not only to help control the light in the room, but also to provide quick and easy access to your windows as and when required. Single panels can be hinged together which allows them to be concertinaed and helps provide a highly stylish finish to windows in any room.

What is the difference between Solid Shaker and Solid Raised Shutters?

Although very similar, there are small differences to the final design aesthetic of Solid Shaker and Solid Raised Shutters. Solid Raised Panels: These have a more pronounced, decorative look with the centre of the panel raised above the frame. The raised panel adds depth and texture, making them feel more substantial and traditional. This style can give your shutters a more classic look. Shaker Style Panels: Shaker panels are simpler, with a flat or slightly recessed centre. Which is more traditional?

Solid Raised Shutters are generally considered more traditional compared to Shaker Shutters. Shaker Shutters are more minimalist and modern, inspired by the Shaker furniture style, emphasizing simplicity. While Shaker design is still timeless, it has a cleaner, less ornate look than the raised panel style.
