In order to overcome this limitation, you can choose an integrated blackout blind, that will add a further room darkening effect.
Darkening blinds are made of a cellular honeycomb structure, which is inserted in the shutter frame. Honeycomb blinds can also be order separately, as a stand alone window dressing solution.
